offer all prospective clients a free one-hour consultation. I find this
initial meeting very helpful for both of us.
It gives you the opportunity to talk about your needs and desires, about the reasons that have brought you to my door.
It gives me the space to tell you in some depth about how it all works, about the process of rebirthing breathwork and, if you're interested, about my background.
There's an opportunity for questions and answers.
It also enables us to discover if we want to work together. Rebirthing breathwork is a profound holistic experience and feeling safe with your practitioner and in the environment where it takes place, is vital.
I am very happy to refer people on to other practitioners should this be appropriate.
